My Husband and I really enjoy your Homes I thought you might like too know Property at 6808 SE Gladstone Just came on the Market yesterday. There is a small 1 bedroom 1 Bath shack on the property but quite a good sized lot they are asking 120.000 but it says on the web up by Haskens although I found it on the John l scott web if dividable it's negotiable we would love too see one or two of your homes they fit so well in established neighborhoods. I Thought you might like too inquire

My husband and I moved into a Palazzo Home the end of April after living in Woodstock, IL for 32 years. It was quite an adjustment, but we are pleased to be living in Portland and in our lovely home on Newcastle Ave. Done in a old-fashioned, four square style, the home blends in nicely with the established neighborhood. The great layout of the rooms with lots of natural light is a real plus. There are many extra features that are wonderful additions to the home--granite countertops, tile showers, bamboo floors, a large walk-in closet, gas fireplaces and deep silled windows with extra molding. Probably one of the most impressive qualities, however, is that it is a green certified home.
As with most new homes, there have been some repairs to be done, but we have found
the company to be responsive to our wishes and the work completed in a timely manner.
We especially thank Brian for promptly answering our calls and contacting whomever
was needed to complete our work. We feel confident that if anything should arise
within the year's warranty, it will be taken care of.

We are trying desperately to find the right lot for our family. We love the 3.1 versions and are also interested in the 3.1a. We have a lot of friends there. We want the biggest yard that you can give us and prefer to have only one house on the lot (we could live with having two houses if they weren't attached).
We are hoping to spend about $350k. I know you look at tons of lots and I am just hoping you will keep our family in mind as you are buying. In return, we promise to tell EVERYONE how awesome your houses are!!
